Reetu Cook
Founder & CEO
Reetu Cook (she/her) is a seasoned program manager with over 20 years of experience managing large teams through organizational change. Her unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with a wealth of experience, has positioned her as a trusted advisor to leaders across industries and specialties. This is illustrated by her support in setting up and leading the Program Management Office responsible for standing up a new, state-of-the-art Traumatic Brain Injury clinic at Walter Reed, managing the people side of a new financial management system implementation at the FDA, and navigating the impact of leadership changes on employees at the VA. She strongly believes that staff is the key to a business’ success and ensuring their understanding and readiness for transition is paramount to lasting change. Prior to starting TCG, Ms. Cook spent the majority of her career at Booz Allen Hamilton as a leader in the Organizational and Change Management capability. She is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
Duyen Tran
Director of Operations
Duyen Tran (she/her) is a systems engineer with experience working with large health systems as well as federal consulting. She specializes in data informed process and workflow improvement to maximize efficiency and quality. Her goal is to help organizations achieve their best performance and reach their goals whether that be internal goals or national measurement standards. Duyen applies a unique blend of lean six sigma, human centered design, and change management to her improvement work that ensures alignment with organizational goals and culture to minimize disruptions and allow for seamless implementation. Her work has ranged from large scale design and implementation of a new emergency room triage and treatment flow to small scale departmental improvements. She is a graduate of Lehigh University with a masters degree in Healthcare Systems Engineering.
Taylor Vincent
Director of Communications
Taylor Vincent is a strategic communications specialist with experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, project management, and strategic planning. Her passion for transparency and clarity, in messaging and approach, is revealed in her execution of comprehensive communication strategies that effectively convey organizational messages, bolster brand reputation, and drive engagement among diverse stakeholder groups. With exposure to non-government organizations, private sector businesses, and the federal government, she has built trust with internal and external stakeholders through her adept leadership of communication projects. As a graduate of George Washington University with a degree in Global Health Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation, Taylor combines academic excellence with practical experience to bring a holistic and informed perspective to her strategic communications endeavors.
